At Sun Baby, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. If the fit isn't perfect, we are happy to help you find the right size or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
